Family Pumpkin Day

Our family of four headed over to Tanaka Farms for Oliver's 3rd Birthday this past weekend. We love Tanaka Farms and had a blast! Thanks OHM! Happy Birthday!

MyGym

Cannon just started going to MyGym with Rowen and he is having so much fun. I should have started Cannon a looooong time ago... poor kid. He had so much fun there this week it made me feel guilty for not finding the time to start him sooner. Hudson and Gia used to go to MyGym together and now Cannon and Rowen get to carry on the tradition.

Pumpkin Patch

Pumpkin patches are so much more around here....train rides, bounce houses, mazes, slides, petting zoos, pony rides.... and pumpkins.

Welcome to My Day

It has been one of those days. A rough day. Cannon got up early. Really early. I am used to starting my day while it is dark out with a kid waking me up but for some reason I was extra tired this morning. And I couldn't help but think... "one of these days, wouldn't it be nice to have a cup of coffee before dealing with this crying little human?" It was not meant to be for me though. Ever.

So Cannon was in a mood. I wish I could bargain with him. Negotiate. I want to bribe him. I want to speak his language which basically involves screaming bloody murder until he gets what he wants. I wish he didn't LOVE timeout since he gets to sit where his big brother sits and he just thinks it is the best thing in the world. He cries when he LEAVES timeout and has the biggest smile on his face when we are headed there. I need to change this.

Cannon was a pretty easy napper until this week. He never napped for long but he went down easy before. But something has changed this week and he is fighting sleep. It is reminding me of Hudson. Not great.

Puzzles clean up is the worst because you have to organize all the separate pieces.


All the books were pulled off the book shelf. I cleaned it up before I remembered to take a picture. You will have to trust that we have a lot of books and that it wasn't fun.

You get my point. The house is a mess. I am tired of cleaning up. I am tired from not being able to leave Cannon alone for 2 seconds. I am just tired today. Just one of those days....

Dirt Bike

JR's Dad brought over a dirt bike for the boys... they were in Heaven!

Palm Springs

Our Annual Family Vacation was in Palm Springs again this year, at the Coyote Inn. The kids swam all day long and loved it. It was so much fun! We look forward to this vacation every year, no matter where we go!
