Hudson Says
Just some funny things that Hudson says:
_ _ _ _
Trying to get a toy car for pooping in the potty.
Hudson: "I just have to push a brown snake out my buns, mommy."
_ _ _ _
Hudson playing in the other room.
Me: Hudson what are you doing in there?
Hudson: I'm making the biggest mess you ever saw, mommy!
_ _ _ _
Me: Hudson, I need you to pick up your puzzle please.
Hudson: I can't. I need you to do it. My legs are broken.
_ _ _ _
Hudson: Mommmy, get that spider over there!
Mommy: Where?!? I hate spiders!
Hudson: You can get it, it's just pretend, Mommy. [There was no spider - he was just pretending that there was one, but I was shocked he knew the word "pretend" and how to use it properly!].
_ _ _ _
He is so funny. I need to remember more of the funny things he says that give me a view into his little mind.

Brothers Cruisin'
Well if this isnt a peek into our future, I dont know what is. Hudson (now that he can steer) has been driving his little brother around. And Cannon is soaking it up and loving it!

Cannon is holding on for dear life. Haha. I wish he were scared but really he loves driving around.

Cannon is running (literally, running now - and on cement) after his brother and probably thinking: Hey, wait for me!

Hot Hot Hot
It has still been so HOT these past couple weeks and the kids are taking advantage and enjoying these last popsicle days (even when all I give them are dairy-free, soy-free and gluten-free popsicles - they still love them. And yes posicles made with coconut milk and real fruit are still good).

The wrestling shall continue even when the days get cooler.

Pretend City
The boys and I went to Pretend City Children's Museum today and they had a blast. It is a miniature indoor city for kids with different areas to play in. Things can get a little crazy when I take them both out now that Cannon is walking, especially when the boys take off in different directions. This place was perfect for both of them though and definitely worth checking out!

All Boy
We have been going to the park and enjoying the warm weather. Hudson is even riding his bike there by himself. Such a big kid. The boys play in the dirt (and in Cannon's case, eat the dirt), go down the slides, run around, climb trees, fall down and just have fun being boys.
I let the boys go down the slide alone. I told Hudson he had to hold Cannon tight, like a seat belt then I ran to the bottom and got the best photo!

The three of us.

Cannon eating dirt.

Hudson walking along the stumps.

Cannon trying to climb the ladder.
How To Go Down a Slide
By Hudson Reynolds
First, call your fans (or fan) over.

Make enough noise so your fans (or fan) see you and are focused.

Give your mommy a sweet smile that doesnt show how dangerous you are.

Go down different ways. Try new things. Dont be scared. And then go so fast your mommy cant get a picture.

No matter how you land, smile, so your mommy lets you do it again.

Make sure your fans (or fan) enjoyed and were thoroughly entertained.

Last week. Hudson's first time riding all the way to the park. And all the way home.

A couple weeks ago, Hudson wanted to go down this slide at the OC Fair. He did it twice. That is him at the top with the blue shirt on. Crazy boy.
